REFUND POLICY


At DA.DOR, we take pride in offering handcrafted crystal jewellery and accessories. We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, please review our returns policy below.

  Returns Period
• Standard Returns: You may return most unworn and unused items within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
• Extended Holiday Returns: For orders placed between 15 November and 24 December, returns are accepted until 31 January of the following year.
• Faulty or Incorrect Items: If your item is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange a return or exchange.

  Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
• All original packaging, tags, and documentation must be included.
• Items should be returned using a trackable and insured shipping method. We recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery or a reputable courier service.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Earrings (due to hygiene regulations)
• Bespoke or custom-made jewellery
• Personalised or engraved items
• Sale or clearance items
• Items damaged after delivery

 Refunds and Exchanges
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability and may incur additional shipping charges.
• If an item is returned damaged or used, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
